Rules & Terms
Submission Guidelines
Films in languages other than English must include English subtitles.
Works-in-progress and rough cuts are accepted if submitted by the final deadline.
If selected for an in-person screening, filmmakers must promptly provide a high-quality digital still from the film.
Selected projects for live screenings will be notified between the close of submissions and the festivalβs official program announcement.
Fee Waivers
We understand that submission fees can sometimes be a barrier. As a small, volunteer-run organization, these fees help us keep the festival running.
Fee waivers or discounts may be requested under special circumstances, though approval is not guaranteed.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting your film:
You confirm that you have the consent of any listed producers.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your submission details.
Any personal information collected will be used solely for festival management and communication.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the festival may use up to three minutes of film clips for promotional purposes.
You grant the festival the right to screen your film without a screening fee.
Filmmakers, producers, or agents are responsible for any shipping or delivery costs related to their submissions.
