Submission Rules & Terms
- Submission Guidelines:
- Films in languages other than English must include English subtitles.
- Works-in-progress and rough cuts are accepted if submitted by the deadline.
- If selected for an in-person screening, filmmakers must provide a high-quality digital still promptly.
- Selected projects for live screenings will be notified between submission and the festival’s official announcement.
- Fee Waivers:
- While we understand that submission fees can be a barrier, we are a small, volunteer-run organization that relies on these fees to operate.
- Waivers or discounts may be requested under special circumstances, but approval is not guaranteed.
- Terms & Conditions:
- By submitting, filmmakers confirm they have the consent of listed producers.
- Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their submission details.
- Personal information collected is solely for festival management and administration.
- Unless specified otherwise, the festival may use up to three minutes of film clips for promotional purposes.
- Submission grants the festival the right to screen the film without a screening fee.
- Filmmakers/producers/agents are responsible for all shipping costs related to submissions.
- By completing the entry form, submitters acknowledge agreement to all terms and rules outlined above.
